Elaine Colligan

Elaine is a PhD Candidate in Political Theory at the University of Chicago. Her work investigates how climate and environmental issues came to be thought of as political (as opposed to scientific) problems. A recipient of the SciencePo Exchange Fellowship, she has conducted dissertation research in Paris, France. She is a doctoral researcher with the Urban Theory Lab/Committee on Environment, Geography and Urbanization at the University of Chicago.
